प्रतापपुर विकासखंड से पंच पद के लिए 365 नाम निर्देशन फार्म, सरपंच के लिए 30 नाम निर्देशन पत्र एवं जनपद सदस्य के लिए 25 नाम निर्देशन पत्र,
सूरजपुर विकासखंड से पंच पद के लिए 454 नाम निर्देशन फार्म, सरपंच के लिए 57 नाम निर्देशन पत्र एवं जनपद सदस्य के लिए 10 नाम निर्देशन पत्र,
ओड़गी विकासखंड से पंच पद के लिए 333 नाम निर्देशन फार्म, सरपंच के लिए 31 नाम निर्देशन पत्र एवं जनपद सदस्य के लिए 11 नाम निर्देशन पत्र प्राप्त किया गया। जिला पंचायत सदस्य के लिए 11 नाम निर्देशन पत्र लिया गया है।
नाम निर्देशन पत्र प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 06 जनवरी 2020 अपरान्ह 03 बजे निर्धारित की गई है।
